Client Challenge

KIA, already well-established in Kazakhstan, planned the opening of a major manufacturing plant in October 2025. The client needed a communication strategy & creative that would highlight both the scale of the investment and the brand’s closeness to the people of Kazakhstan.
Our Approach
We conducted market and cultural research to understand local values and expectations. Then we developed a communication strategy that emphasized KIA as a long-term partner for Kazakhstan’s growth, the plant as a symbol of innovation, stability, and opportunity and emotional connection between the brand and the community.

We also created the Big Idea for the launch campaign, developed TV commercial scenarios, and produced the key visual along with all supporting creative materials.
Results
