Client Challenge
Happyverse.AI, a US-based company specializing in AI avatars, needed to find product–market fit and define a clear strategy for scaling in a fast-evolving tech landscape. The challenge was to understand real user needs, identify promising verticals, and focus the brand in a highly saturated AI market.
Our Approach
We conducted 50 customer development interviews with potential users and industry experts to uncover pain points, unmet needs, and high-value use cases.
This research allowed us to identify the strongest early-adoption verticals — travel, real estate, and wellbeing — and shape a focused positioning and go-to-market strategy aligned with real demand.
We also supported Happyverse.AI’s presence at Web Summit 2025, organising the booth, demo video and developing an on-ground engagement strategy. By collecting real-time feedback and leads from attendees, we validated key product hypotheses and accelerated market learning.
Beyond insights and strategy, we actively helped the client secure initial traction — connecting Happyverse.AI with potential customers and partners in both the USA and Europe, expanding their early pipeline and accelerating business development.
